I got these from lidl 45p each. Potted basil and parsley.

So like if I keep watering em I can just pick it and it grows back?

Yes. But don't over water the basil.

The broad flat leaf one is the basil. Comes from hot countries so is quite at home in arid conditions.

The basil will just keep growing indoors if treated right.

The parsley does come back, but very slowly. Once you've used some, you'll wait forever for it to regrow so end up buying another.

    Same with Coriander.

Don't plant either outdoors, they've no chance.

Sun dried toms are great. I chuck them in with anything that requires tomatoes in the ingredients. <ok>

There's a reason I didn't put this on Burley Arms.

Kind of thought the beer as a food product was a tenuous enough reason to post on here!

Was given this by one of my neighbours.

Its pickled haddock in a creamy chive sauce with chopped gherkin and onion.

    Its basically creamy roll mops.

Very nice with a salad I just found out. 20210528_201548.jpg 20210528_201618.jpg
