Very annoying having one of them out of a packet chappatis...they crumble at times and lack the softness of fresh so on the odd occasion I have stumbled across one, I have always been left underwhelmed
These are by Elephant Atta?, bought from the Asian market in town. Ran by Bangladeshi, for the Bangladeshi market, it's an Aladdin cave of spices and goods. Even so, they don't stay fresh very long. They're ok dry fried with a drop of water on them, but I've had to quick Microwave them at work. They're ok, have had worse but nothing like proper ones.

Prep. Bone in lamb shoulder, dry curry spices and back in the fridge until tomorrow morning. I'll then add lamb stock and cook on 150 for 8 hours. Going to then let it rest and finally add to a Madras curry sauce. Should also have a great stock at the end which I'll freezer for another time.
I enjoy my food mate.. I used to crave things like pizza etc, but I find if I give my body what it needs it doesn't ask for anything. Unhealthy food is no different to drugs in my mind... Big high for a longer low. I do live a bit but I'm on a cut getting in shape for turkey.
