    Nah it’s an opinion.

    I know most people seem to like it, I’m just not one of them.

    No one is on about liking it, were talking about the natural flavour of meats.

    Pork on its own is one of the most flavoursome meats you got.

    Imo the most flavoursome

    Im down with the Pork.

    Nice crispy crackling, caramelised end bits and great flavour.

    Also ham and gammon can be done in a variety of ways.

    Best one I’ve had is a gammon joint boiled, then coated with Demerara sugar, cloves and then slow baked for around 8 hours

    Literally falls away as nice succulent dark red sweet strips of ham

    It is. Sort of thing you can’t stop eating coz it’s so tasty.

    It’s probs got a fancy name being cooked that way, which I don’t know.

    @The Ginger Marks might ?

    So what you are saying is, if you add flavour, it’s not bland.

    No.

    What I'm saying is cooked right it's ****ing lovely.

    And it's a really versatile meat. Think about it bro. Roast Pork, Gammon joints, Pork Chops, Bacon, Crispy Crackling, Hams, Salami, the list goes on <ok>

    Can say same for chicken to to be fair. Gammon, bacon, ham salami are all processed/cured. Let’s just say white meats(chicken/pork) are great flavour carriers.
