Beer tonight, beer tomorrow then nothing till next weekend.

Same next weekend, although next Sunday being my birthday I might relax that rule as I hope I'll be taken out for a nice Sunday dinner.

We're going to a top, top, top, top French restaurant on the Saturday. I'm paying!

Shall I do a "look at me, it's my birthday" thread in a Matth style?

    You should see them!

Jet black, you'd need your arm twisting to even try them.

However, on a biscuit with cheddar or stilton they are divine. Trust me!

A new sandwich shop which delivers has opened up down the road from my office.

Just had bacon sausage and mushroom baguette. It was tremendous. The sausages were top top quilality and really spicy. The bacon was thick cut smoked bacon. Really tasty and the mushroom was a massive flat mushroom sliced up. Delivered for £3:50. Marvelous.

Sounds nice. Still on bread free days though so, while tempted, I've avoided the lure of a Friday breakfast so far.

I had a cottage cheese salad with three peri peri chicken thighs for dinner. Bag of almonds first thing and porridge and banana for breakfast.

No idea for tea but I've procured some nice ales. A Dorothy Goodbody, an Oxford Gold and a nice looking bottle of porter. Laaaaaaaaaarvvvvly.

For a change, for those who like spicy foods, why not try the Seoul Kimchi Restaurant at 275 Upper Brook Street?

Tiny place, but really good food!

Today I'm working a night shift so will no doubt grab some KFC or other such ****e tonight.
