It can be if towards that 4 year mark. Hogget is the way to go got great balance, not too dark but great flavor.
@Schlem Boogerman I took your advice and added some chorizo to that one as well as the Polish/Hungarian sausage, there's certainly room for both the more intense and dense chorizo was a good balance with the more subtle and softer one. You really need to get them when Lidl are doing the East European week.
Been rinsing my local Lidl for their Tzatziki meatballs over the last week. Smashed about 3 packs of them this week.
Yeah Tzatziki should be served cold. I was planning on having mine in a Pitta with some salad. Just ended up eating them all straight from the packet. One pack didn't even make the car journey home
They sometimes do a chorizo scotch egg, that never makes it home. It's clever marketing the way they rotate the weeks with different countries as it makes you look forward to things and you tend to go nuts when they come around again.
Yep, good marketing. Scarcity effect. Also, the food they get in is top quality authentic tucker from the country of origin. Not some white labelled appropriation made in the UK.
Anyway bro, I've got a bone to pick with you. I tagged you in a post for a tune I put up on the mixtape fred. Rhythm & Sound 'King in my Empire'. That's a deep deep tune my bredda and you didn't even have the ****in grace to like it or comment on it. Disappointed.
Got some of this. I’m not drinking any of it tonight. Gonna make some vanilla and bourbon ice cream with it next week.
I love fillet steak but I hate paying what is charged for it, so always buy ribeye. Not that I can't afford it, just I'm a stubborn fooker when it comes to what I think something is worth and what I'm prepared to pay for it.
