Steak sandwich



Loads of salt and pepper. Medium rare, bread to soak up resting juices and some rocket/green stuff and a little balsamic. Skinny chips daughter didn’t want on side.

 

Nice just get rid of the bread and I'm in

 

I like your pan too, I got a wok just the same

 

Steak looks nice and cooked well but it's a no to the bread for me.
