Beef simmered in beef stock and spice mix for a while til soft but nowhere near breaking apart.
    IMG-20210306-WA0014.jpeg
Waited til that reduced then added more of my spice mix
    IMG-20210306-WA0016.jpeg

    Had these ready to go
    Screenshot_2021-03-06-23-19-04.png
    Chucked that lot in
    IMG-20210306-WA0025.jpeg IMG-20210306-WA0027.jpeg

Added can of chopped toms and some water to simmer in IMG-20210306-WA0031.jpeg
Shrooms in last, shouldn't be long now, just waiting for the beef to do its thang

Basically a curry is a stew of sorts and all the ones I’ve made contain ginger and garlic albeit via a paste. Would have liked to have seen the Beef marinaded in yoghurt with the tandoori spices for a few hours then hot seared. But saying that it looks ok, did you put chilli’s in?

Ps. Here’s a tip never put raw onions in with the cooked meat. Fry them at least till clear & soft with the chilli & garlic paste then add additional spices to your taste.

Mine was gash as well, broke both yolks in my bacon and eggs and the bacon wasn't crispy enough.

    Not proud of myself.
