oh i know you wrote that you cooked that stuff but i assumed i read it wrong and you bought it. In that case good effort bro. You fancy some minimum wage cash in hand stuff at my mums? I'll put in a good word for you and you can have the egg fried rice for free
in all honesty though, it pays okay nowadays. The work is hard though, 6 day weeks and relatively unsociable hours and prep before hand but they get around 400-500 quid a week cash in hand nowadays and get to live above the restaurant and get food. Where you working mate and you planning on taking any time out?

Prepping for Tuesdays lasagnas, sun dried toms with roasted garlic.roasted red peppers in another pot.
What have you got on today fella ? Weather is minging down here, but the bike needs some fixing up so gonna spend the day sorting that out Roastie round at the old dear's later
Not a lot, weather is absolutely dreadful. Just been out to the van, couple of leaks in that so will need to get it looked at. Need to spend a fair bit on maintenance I think, just had it back from MOT and all the brakes had seazed and the cables rusted. It passed, but that was a couple of hundred down the drain starlight away. Get the dog out for a walk at some point, left over Chinese from last night for dinner, the United v Baggies with fire kit. Roast chicken later. Pretty much that.
On the Chinese, it was the kid's idea to have one. Not my favourite, probs not had a Chinese takeaway in ten years. Predictably, they ate none of it! Couple of chicken balls and some rice, they 'didn't like' any of the sauces. My eldest ate the ribs though. We bought a meal for four and half a crispy duck, when a meal for two and 1/4 duck would have been ample. So, got 1/4 crisply duck with plum sauce and pancakes, some crispy beef, some prawns in black bean sauce and a couple of chicken balls for lunch today. Nice too. Thai, Indian or pizza all the way from now on.
Singapore noodle, crispy chilli beef, and sweet and sour pork Chinese style (don't like them pastry balls mingin) few spring rolls... My order Usually from a chinese
Roastie round at my Mum’s. proper mumsy plate that too lol. Think the old dear has had those since we were kids.
We're having roast beef later, makes a nice change. She's bought sprouts for some daft reason though.
