Albeit my abstinence of booze failed I only had 3 beers and didn't get drunk.

    Ate some delightful food.

    Reindeer burger with Stilton mayonnaise.

Stuffed jalapeño peppers with cram cheese rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Served with cranberry sauce.

Ham hock roll served with sour kraut.

    Tremendous.

The mrs had an ostrich burger. I tried a bit and didn't like it.

Fancy some chicken for dinner so am off to get some.

Ate all sorts over the weekend, KFC on the way up to North Wales. Nothing but flapjacks all day Saturday, shoulder of lamb and ten pints of ale Saturday evening and a top drawer full English yesterday morning. Will have to eat sensibly this week now.

    Golf any good?

If my game doesn't start improving my the 11th of dec I'm not going to want to do Celtic manor.

Though there are signs of it working properly. I hit some of the best shots I've ever hit yesterday. But also topped a load

Got no great ambition to play Celtic Manor so no worries.

I have booked that day off though so a round somewhere would be useful.

We will play somewhere regardless. Just don't fancy a 100 mile round trip to get punished by golf.

Salmon steaks for dinner tonight. Tho' they're made of veal for some reason. False advertising ahoy!

No, it's definitely veal. Not sure why they call them salmon steaks, probably because it is veal cut to the size and shape of a salmon steak.
