I would post up my chili from earlier.

but I didn’t cook in oven, so was a little too much liquid when plated up, too greedy to wait. One thing for sure, it wasn’t undercooked.

I’ve given you a like but I need to see the potato to filling ratio at some point or I’ll have to remove the like.

I've eaten it bro. But it was about 1/3 mash topping.

You might as well burn that like though, as it was a veggie Shep pie on account of my missus not eating sheep or cows.

That doesn’t bother me tbh, quite like veggie meals now and then. Just can’t do with slabs of mash on top of no sauce... I’ll take your word for it.

Yeah might as well just have mash potato and call it mash potato.

To be honest, most of the meals I cook are veggie. No point cooking two separate meals.

Sometimes I'll just leave her to make a Sarnie though whilst I'm frying off a steak for myself.

Yeah we eat veggie dinners twice a week at least and fish twice, normally eat out for the fish meals though cos it stinks the place out but obviously can’t do that atm.

It’s red meat tonight. Making a chilli, Chief will be disappointed that I didn’t make it last night.

And when I say fish meals I normally just have salmon or sea bass cos that’s all I ever order in this country.

Thankfully my missus eats fish, which is a good job seeing as we live by the sea.

I can get it fresh off the boat as a mate is a commercial fisherman. Was good during lockdown as he was delivering also. Was getting massive Pollock, Squid, Bass and Grey Mullet. More fish than I could eat tbh.

    What’s Grey Mullet like?

Reminds me of Joe Kinnear. He’s got a grey mullet.

Yeah love squid too. Salt n pepper fried in breadcrumb is nice.

But when I get it, I generally just cut it into strips and fry it off with some garlic butter and serve it up with a big wedge of Lemon.

Love the fried tentacles too <ok>
