It's about £5 for nice pecan smoked chipotle chillis on Amazon and you get about 10 in the bag. Much better than the pastes.

    Brisket kind of day.

didn’t have time at butchers to get him to tie up properly so he left the silly net on. Bay, thyme, mustard on beef. 3 Hrs bubbling away. Will scrape sides for extra flavour on pot.

had a nice hour sweating on turbo and cranked over up for roasties and York puds.

Mate, these were made in Yorkshire. Everything else is like an aunt Bessie in comparison.

Look like they weight 7lb each!

tried a few times to make them at home, taste nice but look like fat girls fingers, so gave up and the sausage filling bit of kit went in garage.
    Natural casings?

Yes, very finicky. Need to soak in tepid water for a few hours then change the water three times then overnight in the fridge. Then wash the salt out of the insides twice then soak again overnight.

if you are doing a supermarket chicken for lunch then why not cut more corners and have a frozen yorkshire pud. But if you are doing a roast, do it properly.

like a jam roly poly, But they have number it serves all wrong on box.
