The majority of time doing weights work seems to involve strutting around in between reps, usually in front of a mirror.

I would rather do weights at home, as said most the time the people doing them are standing around doing nothing all playing on their phones.

Chicago town pizza for me tonight yummy, not had pizza for months

It's about an hour on the weights/machines. The quarter is the kettle bells and rowing but I added them as an after thought and didn't adjust the weights time! And no, none whatsoever is spent strutting. At all. A bit hard to avoid the mirrors though unfortunately.

As it goes I actually watch Pointless which is utterly brilliant and rather conveniently subtitled.

Usually while listening to Queens of the Stone Age, which is the most gym apt album I put on the Sony mp3 player I got free with a mobile years back and found in a drawer. Also happens to be a classic.

It's called a routine, you really should try it.

And this bloke you go to lessons for should have told you that if he was worth the money you pay him.

No worries, I gave you that gem for free.

Last night for tea I used a two courses for a tenner deal at Pizza Express and had meatballs followed by a Diavolo pizza which was washed down with an ice cold large bottle of Peroni. All of this served to me by a stunning woman of, I think, Italian descent.

This morning I had muesli followed by a full English and two cups of filter coffee.

Ok, what do buck pie and royal game soup entail lads?

There seems to be a bit of a deer theme.

I had MacD breakfast because I got up at half five and couldn't be arsed to eat so picked one up en route. Twas ****ing good too.
