Although massaman is usually done in a pot with chicken and potoatoes. That's a novel twist.

 

Yes, I'd seen beef massaman recpies and I just thought it would be nice as a sauce for a good steak and didn't want to overcook the steak by chopping it up and adding to the pot like some recipes I've seen.

 

Porridge, banana and a cuppa. Yey.
