Nah. I'm roughly at the right weight and correct BMI. Just trying to get fit and stay that way.

I don't know what I'm having, it's looking like a late one at work which throws all my plans into turmoil.

The plan was gym and a carb free tea. Late at work means no gym and fancy a pint, it's all to **** man.

Nice, makes me feel not quite so bad.

Reckon i'll get away by half six so not the end of the world. Will force myself to the gym, went to the range last night and everything is working ok so that will do ahead of tomorrow evening.

Last week before I go on holiday next week so will more than likely stay up here the whole week to make sure all is ok before I go. Could be a golf opportunity?

Managed to combine the lot last night. Finished work at seven, gym till 8.15, carb free tea and topped it off with a couple of ciders.

    Lovely.

For dinner I will have some chicken and a protein shake.

Not sure about golf next week. Unless you can get off early and get over here. An short staffed at the moment with the other office opening. Best I could do would be a 5pm at Bransford I reckon.

Just had brunch. Bacon, sausage and mushroom baguette. Asked for half a baguette. It was literally half a French stick so was about 2 ft long. Was tremendous.

The bacon was crispy. Sausages were acceptable. Was really very good.
