Whole meal toast, cheap ham, cheese, beans and a sprinkle of cheese. Complimented with HP.

There's some crazy stat about the amount of chickens on the planet because of how many people eat.
I think there are something like 4 times the amount of chickens to people 25 billion something like that.

better if we ate more eggs than the meat. Such a good and cheap source of protein.

i did it my first summer home from
uni. If you get away from the veggie bakes/patties and pretend sausages it’s easier.

Mexican and Indian food are best for it personally. No chance of anyone here giving up the nuggets and packet ham. We do a minimum of one main meal meat free a week.

I don't really care what I eat in the week and then enjoy cooking on the weekend, so decided to make the change but without any pressure so if there's nothing I fancy one night and eat meat then no big deal but I'm determined to reduce the amount of it that I eat.

I did a pescatarian January a couple of years back, that's good.

Good idea to do that in the week, then have actual meat weekend's only?

Back to work tomorrow after a fortnight of fishing, eating unhealthy food and drinking too much <cheers>
Put a stone on, need to shift that ****er. Will probably go all chaos and eat very basic stuff/drink only water. Thinking of doing a 5 day juice fast next week :emoticon-0147-emo:

Used to make it with bacon but I get the same amount of flavour without the bacon if it's well seasoned. New potatoes are great in it. Will be lovely when I have it for lunch tomorrow.
