    Leftover Lincolnshire I had knocking about, the herbs in the sausages didn't really go with the curry and some bratwurst would definitely be better but it was nice enough.

    Sausages boiled first of course. :biggrin:

    That turned out to be the most delicious food I've had in a long time. Tweaked it a bit but hey.

    Good innit and different. I read up on the history of it and tweaking is fine as I couldn't find one recipe that was the same.

    I just added double the coconut milk and stock. Didn't think the original recipe would serve enough. What's the worst that could happen? Reduce it a bit longer.
