    Standard recipe but if you want maximum taste 60% beef 40% pork with anchovies in which will disappear during the cooking process.Theres other tricks that will elevate your dish to the next level but best you conquer those in front of you first. Good luck!

    Jerk chicken curry with egg fried rice.

    Made the curry sauce myself with cpl teaspoons of Jerk seasoning, few tablespoons of caribbean curry powder, tea spoon or two of garam masala a whole squeezed lime, some honey and chilli flakes. And a little fresh coriander and dollop or 3 of yoghurt.

    Made last night forgot to post.

    Very nice Sucky. Love the touch with the spring onion but I'd recommend sprinkling some fresh coriander over the finished article. You won't regret it.
