Making lasagne tonight. Never made it before. Lidl and aldi don't sell pasta sheets so I'm making my own. There will be wine involved.

I’d make my own pasta, maybe...but not sheets...but you can’t beat fresh just get the shape sorted before you open that other bottle, yeh?
Second that bruv, bit of flour, egg yolk, I know you shouldn’t but I put a very small glue of olive oil. Mix, roll, fold chop. Great tagatelli.
