No where mate. Been busy and this place gets a bit boring a repetitive at times especially with the in-house idiots haig and Astro.
Only make em once in a blue moon. And every time I do I think, ‘why the **** don’t I make these more often!’
Good effort that. I'd want more meat and a runny yolk though. Never made a scotch egg is it difficult?
Piece of piss mate. Sausage meat, breadcrumbs and eggs. Frying pan with a couple of inches of oil. Boiled the eggs for a bit too long. I do usually go for the runny yolk. Last time I made them I put bits of mozzarella in the middle with the egg. Really nice!
Ill have to give this a go cos I do love a proper scotch egg, used to get them from a pub down the road from me for a 5er each but worth every penny, huge things they were.
