Well i just don't need to really, I aint fat and my weights pretty much stayed the same since I was 21. I leave that calorie counting **** to females who go gym
Not sure dust and dogshit has many calories, plus the amount of water added to those beans....must be the reason you are malnourished.
As Spurly said mate, it's not about the calories, it's about the meat content. I'd normally be expecting to pay £3-4 for a decent pack of half dozen sausages. One brand I did use to like was Porky Whites, but you can't seem to get them anymore, I think they went into administration, despite their website still being up...https://www.porkywhites.co.uk/ But it's down to taste, what you prefer, it don't have to be the best sausage but you want at least 70% meat content. Porky Whites were about 82%, so not perfect, but I did enjoy the taste of them, but you will still get water and rusk added. As example, on the higher meat content range, Heck claim to be 97% pork meat, but they can tend to be very greasy. Maybe explains the only £2.50 price tag. Although somewhere like Sherwoods have a £4.50 price tag, but their meat content is less than Porky Whites, and so many E numbers. Basically just eat what you enjoy.
Man, all sausages are ****e, all processed meat is ****e. If you’re gonna eat sausages then go for taste over anything else.
By definition, unless they’re full of lean meat then they’re just mushed up fat and minced meat parts, shoved in a rubber Jonny. If they are full of lean meat then they’ll be awful. I’ve had ‘classy’ sausages plenty of times, they’re not even in the same galaxy as a decent Bratwurst.
Get to **** with this bratwurst ****e. Next you will be telling me you enjoy Continental cmas markets and French cheese.
did you have the duck cold or crisped up/heated back up in a pan? either way, looks good. no coleslaw.
My only criticism would be there's not enough, not even nearly enough, a few leaves, barely a breast of duck, 2 toms and a slice of potato. it's like snack at luvs house
