See no real reason why not, test series come thick and fast now.
He could conceivably have another twenty five thirty by end of summer.

Got me some Livesmarter protein/nourishment meal replacement packs so will be attempting to have those and start on shedding a stone.
Will usually have for dinner but today had for breakfast, with a banana.

Funny, but I'm now starving. Can't think why!

So you eat breaky, main meal and a pack each day? Any good?

Had a bacon and egg sarnie this morning, feeling rough as **** this morning. Going to be a Greggs for lunch I reckon.

Not sure how it will work, I only bought them because it was a really good offer, although I've been meaning to get some protein in as it is a good filler during the day and I plan to exercise.

The offer was pack of the drinks, pack of the breakfast bars and the drink shaker/bottle for fifteen quid. Works out at 80p a 'meal' so worth a go.

Will no doubt be starving hungry all the time but I really need to lose a stone so I'm ****ing on it. Squash twice a week and when I'm away in the week swim or gym.

    Got ham rolls for dinner.

You probably won't be starving all the time - after a few days your body should (in theory) adapt to the new diet. I was the same a couple of weeks ago, tho' I just started having a smaller breakfast instead of any replacements. Was initially chewing my own arm off with hunger mid morning but now I can usually make it to lunch without feeling too peckish.

Just reassure yourself that if you feel hungry then you're losing weight - that's the trick I used to stop me and my wife from eating when cutting back a bit.

    That's the plan.

You're no doubt aware I had a health issue and so was on big steroid doses. Well, not only do they put a bit of weight on you they also give you a raging appetite so double ****ing bubble!
Now on far less which is why it's time to sort it out.

Breakfast wise with me is that I get up early every day so eat it too early then have dinner too early so end up having something in between all this. I should have it at work, which I will be doing from now.

I try and have fruit or something before work then a cereal or something when I arrive. Still end up wanting food by half 11 though <laugh> but slightly more bearable.

I usually do it the other way round. Cereals as soon as I get back from taking my daughter to nursery, then fruit around 11am or whenever I get hungry helps to see me through to lunch. Tho' my ability to last till lunch is aided by the fact that I usually get up around 8:30 :)

That's one way but I find the sugar from fruit wakes me up. Then again a coffee could just as equally do the same.

Lasted till dinner no problem so from now the idea will be a breakfast, as it is provided with my accomodation when I work away in the week, and then one of these things for dinner, couple of bananas on top. Then I can have a good tea.

    That's the plan anyway.

(Swarbs, 8.30 you bone idle ****!!!)

What can I say? My commute is walking down the stairs and turning my computer on, and my daughter's nursery is five minutes away by bike so why would I get up earlier? Tho' to be honest it does largely depend on when she gets up, so can be anything from 7:30 to 8:30.

I don't have lie ins at the weekend as a rule as my wife gets up much earlier during the week so I let her stay in bed late on Sat and Sun. Few weeks ago I was out till 5am and still got up at 8 so I can't be all that lazy :)
