I think Sucky made a good effort. I would do salmon one of two ways, either in a pan, gently frying each side, until golden brown (breaks out into song)....or if i want it more melt in the mouth, I'd cook it in the oven, in foil, with a little drizzle of olive oil.

Sure, many ways but pan fry...you watch it. Everything on that plate could be done in seconds after but if not fast enough before. Yes I realise they’re hobby cooks but don’t criticise like egos Ronay when you know feck all like.
