This morning I was mostly eating granola with natural yoghurt, sultana, dried coconut, nut mix, chia seeds, chopped banana and chopped strawberries. Oh, and a coffee.
its bollocks. Nobody really likes it, they pick it as a healthy option over a nice thick Rib Eye, not that paper thin ****e posted a few days ago.
There’s a time and a place for both. Had a 650g boneless rib thing the other day which was close to orgasmic and no salmon could ever match that but salmon is very easy to make tasty. Chucking some spices on and wrapping it in foil is one of the few things I can confidently do in a kitchen. And then there’s smoked salmon. Elite sandwich filling.
Not a big fan of fish. Usually still hungry after I eat it. However, apparently it's really good for you. Especially fish like salmon or mackerel or oily fish so I eat it at least twice a week. Had some basa fillets for dinner (lunch for you southerners) today with some home made skin on potato wedges (loads of paprika on em) and some peas. It was 6/10 at best.
is it still a limited menu? ffs I been fancying some Fillet O Fish but they not been doing them plus the queues are still pathetic
