    Not sure why but I hate omelettes. I like every other type of egg so it’s weird but something about the texture or some **** makes me want to throw up.

    The principle is the same but the result is completely different!

    In both cases crack your eggs into the bowl, season with salt and pepper and add a splash of semi skimmed.

    For an omelette i'd fold the eggs a bit, for scrambled I'd beat them and mix a little bit more.

    Cook both in a knob of butter. Not oil, not **** all else, butter.

    Scrambled is in a pan though obvs, omelette in an omelette pan.

    Good tip for scrambled, take off the heat before fully done and stir in a table spoon of cream and put the lid on, it'll carry on firming up to a cooked state but not dry and claggy.
