Some curry I made. Diced chicken been in garlic, lemon and chilli since last night so thought I'd use the rest, dry fried in a little oil 1st, then added red onion, ginger, fresh coriander & chopped baby potatoes left that for about 5mins the added a tin of tomatoes and some single cream and left that to simmer for a bit then added a load of spinach leaves
Nothing wrong with potato and chicken in a curry as far as I know? Nor chicken and crab seeing as there's recipes all over the net for it when I looked. The fact I came up with it then looked and found loads shows how easy Naturally cooking comes to me

Watched a Gordon Ramsey cook along earlier on fb. He did lamb leg steaks, with fried bread that had been soaked in milk and a sauce of caper, anchovy’s, vinegar and olive oil. It sounded awful but ended up looking lovely.
