    Good breakfast that, no need or desire to eat again much before one.

    Easy too,.stick the Ingredients in a jam jar and leave overnight and then take with in the morning.

    She made a chili garlic chicken noodle dish last night.

    Added Birdseye chili flakes, not regular. I nearly went blind! She realised her mistake and we had a chippy tea.
