Chicken an chips tonight.

Marinated some chicken thighs in jerk and a batch with the more Texan one. Essentially the same as I use on pulled pork. Flash fried and finished off in the oven.

 

Bacon Double cheeseburger XL for me tonight.

Was predictably grim.

 

What do ppl use to post pics up on here easily? I'd quite like to put up what my daughter made today.

Chunks of beef with onion and carrots. Hit the spot. Could've done a side but great as it was.

Nah not a fan tbh, i cant do dry flakey or thick hard pastry.

I take the top off a frey bentos for example

 

And I'll usually pinch the corners of a greggs too.
