    I’d boiled the rice in chicken stock and cooled for 2 hours. Then fried onion, peppers and spring onion. Then added the rice. Then added 3 eggs stirred and lobbed in dark soy sauce. Was good. The chicken balls were outstanding.

    Never. Good tato salad should be jersey royals, mayo full fat stuff, good dollop of Dijon, spring onion, chives and Worcester sauce. Sliced shallot is also a winner.

    There's not a lot of it but it'll work like your Worcester sauce but is a bit lighter.
