They have banned alcohol sales on Friday and Saturday in PNG. There is logic behind it though - they normally end up getting in big fights after a few drinks and that would obviously mess up their social distancing.

done loads,,, also found out that chicken madras, is actually better hoyed in wraps,... in fact everything is being hoyed together these days....

I’d say there are relatively few things that go well with rice/pasta that you couldn’t lob on some mash.

 

Mash disappears and becomes one with the sauces...nothing like rice n pasta

 

What sort of mash are you making?

 

Normal mash mate...the best

you lose some of it in the sauces...like the edges of an iceberg...giving in to the surrounding ocean

Rice also absorbs flavours but the rice stays separate

 

But maybe it’s different for others

Nothing soaks up the sauce like mash. Best to have some bread and Lurpak on hand to be certain
