Had it once. Potato, chorizo, onions think spinach maybe and eggs baked. ****ing lush mate.

Where the wet rub had been around the meat a little bit yeah. Was in the oven for 6 hours on just shy of 150. I normally start at 180 for half hour, didn’t bother today. Straight in at 150. Was covered for an hour or so in the middle of the cook.

 

Not enough fat on the meat.
