Well that's a different thing all together tbh. I'd have a go of that by the look of it.

 

Proper corned beef is made in a similar way to salt beef. Though I still eat the tinned stuff on a sandwich or make corned beef hash with it.

Bully Beef is corned beef. Foil pouches of the stuff mixed with potato, terrible.

 

I like corned beef. Bit expensive for what it is like.

Chopped pork on the other hand... Can eat that **** straight from the tin dipped in a bit of tomato sauce or English mustard.

 

A lot of corned beef contains water, but I did see some the other day that was no added water, much darker colour to the normal cheap stuff.
