@Sweats. I did your KFC thing this evening. I quartered the ingredients and there was still too much of the spice/flour mix for four of us. **** knows how many that guy was cooking for. It was a bit bland. I’m going to do it again but with less flour.
The white ish stuff on top. I didn’t think it was going to work as the bechemel was really runny. Though it did work and set . Was really good. Will be having left overs for lunch today.
Got a nice piece of beef ... gonna do Stifado, a Greek dish heavy on onions and tomato ... first tried it in Roda, northern Corfu back in 1980 ... really tasty with home baked bread some roasted new potatoes with rosemary and a nice side salad ...
