Probably, each country makes its own name/spelling up to make it look like it’s their food.

Must be about 20 ways to spell Hommus.

Was gonna ask about them. Also, you seem to have some sort of Middle East Yorkshire pudding going on there,

Actually you probably mean the Lahembajeen, the pastry thing with the meat slab... it’s a bit lemony... nice though. <ok>

Having Porchetta, lemon pomme puree and spring greens with gravy shortly.

Got a side of some cajun wedges, melted cheese with jalapenos and guacamole.

For some daft reason the Mrs ordered a beetroot burger and the kids what we could have cooked at home, but sod them and that.

Good falafels aren’t dry. They need to be eaten straight out of the fryer. That’s why supermarket falafels are ****e.

So, still waiting for this. Already half an hour late, not exactly a brilliant service tbh.

They give you 15 minute slots and you wait in the car, the Mrs is still sat there. It's not like they've got an actual service ffs.

Needs to be good, I'm ****ing Lee Marvin.

Cooking is all about following instructions, whether that’s technique or ingredients.

You just put together bowls of ****.
