Love it there, and Juan les pins. Mate of mine used to live in Nice and those were the better beach places to go. Tad pricey like you say. You ever visit villefrance sur mer? Proper daft rich Bastard place.
Nope, we were up in the hills, St Paul de Vence was the nearest town. Lots of crime down there now. Gangs targeting the rich. Kidnapping etc.
Never visited there, didn't get round to it. Heard about it though. Used to love going to Nice, got the scars to prove it too! Bloody desperados.
can't imagine her doing it, something I'd do with my mates though. They did it last year for bennicassim, traveled down in a camper van and used it at the festival. class. I've been to Italy a couple of times, very nice place. Cheers for suggestions though, I'll do my research! Paris is an option too, she's mentioned it a couple of times.
Had a lye in today.. Got up at 11:30 got dressed and went for a Carvery which was bloody lovely, now having an afternoon of films and snacks. Got Argo , end of watch, company of heroes and Apollo 18. Bought some fresh rolls for later whereby I will be eating fishfinger rolls with plastic cheese and tartare sauce.
Got to tell you about the horror show of last nights meal at chef and brewer, chippenham! Will have to wait till this evening when I have a minute.
Yeah, Longleat. Good too, really enjoyed. This pub though, which was attached to the premier inn, was ****ing awful.
I think west miands safari park is better than longleat. Not as picturesque though. . What was the matter with dinner then? Chef and brewer pubs are normally ok.
I know, they are. It was busy and looked like a bomb had hit it. Full of chavs. My food was ok but hers was dry. The kids was passable too but they never cleared the plates, bringing our desserts and just leaving them there. We stacked them into a pile and just had to eat round them. They also forgot stuff and were basically just **** in general. I wouldn't be surprised if those plates were all still there right now! Had breakfast in the same place this morning, good value again. Only had to buy adult food and all the kids stuff free. Chaos again, although can't complain about taste.
I had a tomato and tuna sauce, which would be for pasta usually, with egg noodles. It was homemade. It was good too, it worked. But of grated cheddar on top, lovely. No idea on tea, up in Hereford so it depends on how I feel after work. Either I'll treat myself to a pub tea and a couple of pints but if I can't be arsed will most likely call in Dominoes. <fatnorthern****bastardsmiley>
Bit of a trek me man, I'm yearning for bed to be honest after Sunday evenings five in a room extravagansa(?) and having to get up with sparrows this morning. Knackered, to be frank. My four day long weekend flew by just as quckly as the usual two day one does.
Will do so, no idea if I will be though. Still waiting for details about that hospital stay, likely to be next week as it certainly isn't this.
ah yes.. shame about tomoro.. though to be fair ive tweaked a muscle in my forearm playing on sunday. so could do with resting it til the weekend.
