Never really drank at home unless I had guests. For me drinking is a social thing.

I'm not very social don't like many real people. I only go to the pub about once a month.
I just like different drinks and will sit and chill, I don't get drunk though can't stand a hangover.

So when you're posting incoherent insults at 3am your time, several times a week, you're actually hanging out with mates?

I think it's about having awareness of your drinking habits, which you have acknowledged. I look at my own awareness, that if I have a bottle of rum at home, I could easily wipe the bottle out, yet if I go to a boozer and buy that rum, it's going to cost me a fair few quid each time. But I'm a tight git, and don't want to give the landlord my pennies either, so it works quite effectively at moderating my drinking, because I'm not going to buy a bottle of rum for indoors, and if I have got a bottle, someome probably bought it for me as a gift.

Although as you know, I did buy booze the other day, but you may also remember it wasn't for me :)

I'm ok with having it in the house, there's about a 5th of the bottle I had as a present left and of course I drank more of it than I usually would over Christmas. It'll last through to Easter and finished then. I don't think a bottle of rum in 4 months is a lot. I know a lot of people that I consider to have a drinking problem, they will drink through the night beer and spirits and then fall asleep in the small hours, they then think it's ok to wake up and have a few cans. I know a whole group of people who will go on holiday and drink like that for a full week, they take sachets of dioralyte to keep themselves from dehydrating.

The only time I drink in the morning is Christmas Day. Also the rugby World Cup. I was smashed by 10am. Very strange that was.

Drinking in the morning on holiday is acceptable. I have often had a cheeky sangria at 11am.

As to drinking at home, I do one or twice a week where I might drink 3-4 cans of Guinness before dinner.

I agree and would have a drink fairly early myself but the group I'm talking about are on it all day everyday and only drink as soon as they are awake because of the state they are in. Pint after pint while they are awake for a whole week.

If you like that stuff check with @Chief as he drinks a welsh version which is apparently far superior.

New shop over the way, had to go and support them a little. Quite nice sauce but was crying out for chips instead of salad. Also quite expensive at £4. 85. but it was with a pint.

picture doesn’t do it justice. A kilo of sirloin, 4 chicken breasts, 4 peppers and 3 onions. Load of random spices from my cupboard.

Thinking make some wraps and have some with some rice.

Probably taste like **** and just give the lot to the dog
