Pre heat fan iver to 200, turn down to 120 for bout half hour, then 200 for 10/15 mins. Ill bash the wings with a meat hammer then put in a plastic bag with whatever seasonings youre gonna use, take a cup melt some butter and add seasonings to that and add to bag with chicken, leave in fridge for 24 hours or more. Thats it
My favourite way to do wings is just salt the skin and deep fry. Whilst doing so best up some bbq sauce in a frying pan, homemade or a decent hot wing bbq sauce shop bought reduce it down so it’s really sticky then lid the crispy fried wings in the pan for minute or so and coat in the hot sticky sauce. I’ve done them that way an posted photos on here of them. Bloody ages ago mind.
