I wanted to use them up I would have used a whole pack of mushrooms but there was no room left in the pan. I couldn't even use the slow cooker because I did too much. But I usually make this to use stuff up.
Its the carrots more than the courgette tbh please log in to view this image Jokes aside I must be a bit strange tbh because i like carrots raw or cooked, and with mince if its a shepards pie (@Chief to correct me on that) but it just doesn't go with pasta imho
Depends how you cook it, last time you wouldn't have known carrots were really in it after 5 hours cooking time. But I only did it for 2-3 hours this time, so you wouldn't have liked it.
Triple header One is garlic ckucken and herbs.. some red peppers and red onion.. mayo One is sweet chilli chicken with same onions and peppers and more sweet chilli sauce. Last one is fried onions and mushrooms. Crispy bacon and frankfurter. With a shop bought sweet onion relish.. That'll do for tonight

I've got fresh peppers etc in the other 2. This one is more a breakfast wrap. Which it may turn out be be after the other 2
The only trouble eating peppers this time of night, as much as I love them, the fooking things regurgitate on you
I like my life in order. I get home. Clean dishes from lunch. Then rummage about tonight's hoying. Cook it. Clean everything. Chill for an hour or 2. Crack a beer. Hoy on you tube.
