I'd say there's a good chance pressuring junior staff into breaking the EFL's rules when they've said they don't want to would be considered bullying.
Well it would massively depend on the extent, which is why I say we need to understand the context before assuming. From the leaked information, I would lean heavily to not bullying.

Salt/ Taylor saying once 'I don't feel comfortable' one time but doing it anyway wouldn't really count as pressuring.

But knowing that the use of language so far is using the lowest possible bar of definitions, it will likely be referred to the Hague for breaking the Geneva Convention.

If it's going to cause a split in the dressing room, or even just piss off a few players, then bring someone new in.
All managers split opinion within a dressing room though?

Different people respond to different managerial styles.

A manager should be selected on one criteria, do they win football matches. Which, Tonda does.

Ok, Marcelo Bielsa, legend of the game or horrible cheating prick?

He did exactly the same, for exactly the same reasons. It was known to be unacceptable, a breach of good faith but did it anyway and owned it when found out. Tonda got caught cheating in the same way. cheating so egregious and advantageous it’s not even considered cheating in the rest of Europe/the world. No difference to me.

So they formalised a rule about it. So what, it’s not the worst thing ever done in football and worse cheats play the game every week. It was one of the dumbest self destruct acts I’ve ever seen and I am pissed off and embarrassed that they were so ****ing stupid and cost us fans so much but whatever. He’s a bit weird and a bit good and I like him.

Yeah, he wins, but by cheating.

And it’s a bit different having differences in the dressing room caused by tactics, than by something like this.

If there’s any ‘anger’ at all. It’s just journos scrambling for a scandal at the moment.

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true though.

I can see there being a line of thinking within the dressing room of “why did we do this?” Wouldn’t exactly fill you with confidence from a players perspective if the manager felt the need to do this, rather than just having belief that the squad was good enough to win.

Sorry Che but that is clearly bollocks. Was this a serious comment?

He didnt win by cheating. He did a few silly things, we got caught, lot of other teams no doubt did that or other stuff.

But that is grossly wide of the mark to say he wins by cheating.

Did he cheat v Fulham and Arsenal? And almost beat City by cheating.

No, I didn't think so either!

Agreed. To say Tonda won by cheating is no different to saying any team that has had a player dive won by cheating.

Confidence wasn't exactly rife within our dressing room before Tonda came in.. He certainly installed confidence in them before the 'spying' was revealed.

There has to be a number of conditions met, all of them equal in importance. Maybe fan reaction the least but that depends on the club's view of fan's opinions.

Does Tonda actually want to stay?
Will the club want him to stay?
Will the players want him to stay?
Will the FA give him a long ban?
Will the fans forgive and forget?

A negative answer to any of the first 4 would mean he's on his way. If the club want him they may feel the fans can be won over.

No. I'm being objective, you're being subjective (biased).

The facts: 1. Tonda sent spies to watch and listen to other teams training to glean an advantage. 2. We won a whole load of games.

It doesn't matter what you or I think about his ability to manage a football game (I actually agree with you that he is a fantastic coach). The fact remains, he cheated AND we won games. It's irrelevant if we won those games BECAUSE of the cheating. Those two things can't now be separated. The entire country, and the footballing world sees it that way. And the Saints players rightfully might not want their own reputations tarnished in the way that Tonda's is. He is a 'cheat', and no amount of defending him will change that.

I hope he goes on to prove everyone wrong, and if he does that with us, then even better. But in the here and now, the guy is a cheat. Sorry.

We really aren’t big enough for the whole world to give a **** about us.

And im being biased and subjective? Not at all, I just think you need to put your pearls down you appear to be clutching. This isn’t a huge deal to me now it came out exactly what we got expelled for.

Your facts are great btw. Made me laugh.

So we don’t know how many or which games we spied on in total. If we go on the evidence available to us, we spied on 3 games and didn’t win any of them.

I’m not totally sure what you’re getting at here also.

Tonda is a good coach. We won games. We didn’t win any of the three we got done for spying on.

The guy isn’t a cheat. This is the only league in world football for such a stupid rule. The fact that you can technically be ok to do this event 73 hours prior to the game proves the rule is bollocks.

Your continued use of the term cheat is very over the top, but each to their own.

You're not getting what I'm saying.

I agree with pretty much everything you say. But that's because we're both Saints fans.

The rest of the footballing world sees it differently though. Why's it hard for you to understand that?
