I’ve got an issue with PL players being seen as saints by the sheeple just because they donated 100k to charity out of their £10 mill a year wage packet meh
Was thinking the same Had a rant about the mcdees machines recently in here myself, they can f7xj off
Marks and Spencers lads Oh and it happened at Poundland when I was there and the local supermarkets here in the land of plenty have started doing it. Poundland she said super loud "OH AND IT WILL COME UP WITH DONATE TO CHARITY LUV" and I was like "er ok... thanks" as I clearly press no. Talk about shaming. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Costa doing it now. Was at M6 services, stuck my card in and it wasn't working and, not having my readers on as all I wanted was an Americano with hot skimmed (no, not ****ing skinny), wasn't sure why. The card machine was wondering if I wanted to donate to some charity or other apparently. No, do I ****.
It's a mad world we live in when you can go into a place with an abundance of money and food and it asks the patron if they want to donate a measly pound to a charity.
Might work on some peeps who think, oh well, go on then ... but has the opposite effect on me ... I contribute to various charities without the need for commercial pressure from wealthy corporates ... now if they'd commit to doubling any contribution I might make on their 'app' etc then I just might ... but if not ... just gtf ...
Having to see ridiculous pictures on *** packets whilst all the rest of the bad items in shops get lovely designs in packaging it’s like cigarettes are the only damaging items they sell init but we knows that ain’t the truth as per fking usual alcohol is great for social destruction whilst diabetes is good for big pharma so not a biggy really
It does seem odd that governments wage war on things like cigarettes, but do nowt about all the sugar and sweetners in our food. It's in literally everything, even stuff you don't expect it to be in. I think advertising should be hit and ban anything that states no sugar but has a substitute such as sweetener. I wouldn't mind alcohol being hit in supermarkets as well, certainly price wise and give more support to local independent pubs, especially micro pubs.
Most peeps are still stuck in the dark ages. For example i went to the river yday, had a quick spliff break and posted the pic on here. It was a nice day yday too, so the river was rammed with drinkers, i was outnumbered by like 400 to 1. Anyways Welshie replied to this post and his 1st thought was something like " i bet all those people (every one of them with a drink of some kind in their hand/gob) think youre a right scumbag/dirty ****" Obviously Welshie was raised by his grandparents and their prejudices have been soaked up by his impressionable mind. But weed is still a problem for some as demonstrated above. Thank you for your time
nothing wrong with sugar if you’re not stupid using it tbf sweetener’s are a different ball game they create an illusion your doing a good thing health wise when it’s the complete opposite
Well, those pictures are clearly working. As British American Tobacco continue to make about $30B a year.
Being told to swear allegiance to some old **** billionaire because he’s wearing a crown in a ceremony we’re paying for.
10+ years ago my wife bought some mugs from John Lewis, 3 were blue and 3 were red. I'm a creature of habit and whenever I make a cup of tea (so like 5 or so times a day) I make hers in a red cup and mine in a blue cup. She noticed enough early on so that she also makes her drinks in a red cup and mine in a blue cup. Just a couple of months ago, after a decade she finally asked me why we use different colours for our drinks and I explained "because you have periods but I only have to see the adverts". It made sense in my head.
