Na, because they'll wait a few years and then bring out a Sopranos movie. I got Kill the Irishman the other day, anyone seen that? It's a movie rather than a TV series but read the true story about the fella and wanted to check the movie out.
I've never watched the Sopranos or indeed any of these American dramas. As Morrisey said: "They say nothing to me about my life" though he was of course talking about pop music.
Been working my way through Monty Python. It's a bit hit and miss, might be an idea to compile the best bits into a film...

Enjoyed Spartacus for the obvious reason it never went more than 5 minutes without somebody's head being cleaved off or a great pair of tits on show, sometimes both together! Try a bit of old school and go for the Twin Peaks box set. When it came out I watched it religiously but always thought I must have missed an episode because stuff never made sense. After watching the whole series back to back I can confirm that I have seen every episode and it still doesn't make sense! Enjoyable and quirky though. The other half loves Dexter but I think it suffers the same fault as Columbo in that you know who dunnit from the get go and it is an hour of hanging on to see if he gets away with it. Whereas in Columbo nobody ever gets away with it Dexter never gets caught. I'd pump his big chinned sister though.
On a side note, watch The Revolution Will be Televised. It's on iPlayer at the moment and it's ****ing brilliant. Only 6 episodes though. My last flatmate appears in episode 4 at the festival they go to
