I'd go for sitcom or comedy drama rather than soap opera...... I can see George Cole in the 'Arry role. Anyone think of any other good actors for the other characters?
A skate fan at work came up with an interesting theory about the PST. Some rumours he says that its just a front by a few businessmen to aquire the club, wipe the debts, get Fratton & surrounding land cheap. Then a few months down the line, with the Trust struggling to run & fund the club, those businessmen will make a cheap offer to takeover the club without all the hassle of going through the administrator etc.
SAF says on Twitter "I hope I can open a UK bank account in time.." Some bloke responds with "I work for Santander, I can open you an account within 20 mins.." SAF replies"I will follow you and you can PM me details..." ****ing hell
Al Fahim; king of the chancers. I'm not sure if I'm ready for chapter two yet, I need a new deadline.
Rate your hate; The choices; Ali Al Faraj Peter Storrie Sasha Gaydemak Al Fahim Balu Chainrai 'Arry The Taxman Just put them in order so we can tip-toe around you.
Chanrai Storrie Arry Sasha Fahim Not including taxman (they just did there job properly. The Aholes running our club screwed them. Faraj most likely doesn't exist.
Wow, I would have thought it would have been; Sasha Gaydemak - pulling the plug in the first place & then keeping the car-park when the sale went through to disable future investments without him profiting. Peter 'theres only one' Storrie - A legend in his own mind, a man thats sees no wrong in what he has done. A man so incompetent or corrupt that I really am struggling to guess which! Fahim- Knew there was no investment, tried to make a quick million, failed because he is a buffoon. Chainrai - Previous dodgy dealings led him to ownership, he just wants his money back. Thats how this little ol' saint sees it anyway.
I would have thought it was the administrators job to sort that out . Unless they really are a bunch of crooks , in which case what hope is there for them ?
The blokes as deluded as the PST, this is what he put on twitter earlier.... "the great asset of Portsmouth FC is the fans. Look at the stadium its always full even in league one." No it's not, you fat chump..............
This is a clip that shows the legend in his own right. On another note I didn't realise that Appleton was at the club then(?) NB: Skip to 24 seconds if you want to skip the Skysports bit
If it was "Carry On Pompey" Harry would have had to be played by Sid James, with Kenneth Williams as Chainrai and Charles Hawtrey as Trevor Birch, with Jim Dale as the front-man for the PST
