I’ll digest the rest of your answer and reply later. In regards to never seeming to in the majority I’d again respectfully disagree, on here I’m in the minority, but I would suggest not in the wider society. Certainly in relation to Raab, most people would think he had to go. The report obviously says so or he wouldn’t have gone and they’ve seen all the evidence which neither you or I have. In relation to bullying at work, you’ve been retired for many years, I still work in an office environment and I can assure you management wouldn’t be able to get away with the type of behaviour he admits to. Times have changed. Thankfully. Also in any other work environment he would have been suspended whilst the investigation took place.
Sorry RP I’ve been at a family wedding all day. I meant that when the boss has his own agenda (like promoting a family member) then there is nothing you can do about it - and if you ‘fall out’ with the prodigal ‘person’ then it will always be your fault. Family always close ranks on the outsiders. That’s what I meant by there being a link.
'I meant that when the boss has his own agenda (like promoting a family member) then there is nothing you can do about it - and if you ‘fall out’ with the prodigal ‘person’ then it will always be your fault. Family always close ranks on the outsiders' I understand nepotism. I fail to see the relevance between nepotism with 'bullying' of civil servants by ministers.
