Look no further than Kenny Everett's "World's Worst Wireless Show", IMHO the best entertainment show ever done on radio. From that rather large choice of the choicest worst records for me the absolute standout is "Paralyzed" by the Ledgendary Stardust Cowboy. Ticks all the boxes for me - I don't believe just being bad is enough, it's got to be funny bad too, and believe me it is.

It's probably seen as a novelty comedy record now, but believe me the first time I heard this and for once in very few times in my entire lifetime it was a "jaw dropping" moment.

NB I quite like "Live is Life" - sorry about that (and I'm normally a more rock oriented listener).

So many songs make me want to cave in the radio when they are on but the list would go something like this

Come on Eileen by Dexy's Midnight Pikeys - I told the DJ at my wedding that if he played that song he would lose the use of his fingers, I am not a violent person but I meant every word.
Fairytale of New York - see other thread on Christmas tunes, this reeks of sh1te
Practically everything done by The Pet Shop Boys make me puke, his voice is like nails down a blackboard to me
Gloria Gaynor I Will Survive - sung by every fat, ugly, frequently dumped hooer at karaoke. A travesty.
Justin Beiber - Baby Baby Baby Oooooohh or some such. I can't wait for my kids to start liking stuff like Slayer and Marylin Manson instead of pop dross.
Billy Bragg - anything by him really, I like some of his politics but his voice is awful
Pink Floyd - never heard so much self indulgent twiddly fiddly nonsense without end in all my puff
Jazz - don't even bother getting me started on fecking Jazz!

I'll be here for ages at this rate, better leave it alone and have a lie down.

I think that's a little overanalytical young Tobes, but I'll accept your reasoning.
