typical thick **** bloke comment. he's not the brightest bulb in the box.

what does a kick in the balls achieve? not much

suffering child birth gives you a baby

you can always elect to have a caesarian.

I had a tumor under my fingernail which was by far the most excruitating pain I have ever experienced. The pain was unreal. Far worse than the following which I have experienced first hand - broken arms, legs, fingers, dislocated patella and even snapping my achillies tendon.

I can see now why shoving bamboo under your fingernails is a form of torture - Christ that must be like watching Everton!

I wouldn't go so far as to call him a comedian and some of his jokes are almost as funny as Hepatitis.

She's a twat anyway. Can you just opt for one on the NHS or do they only do it when you need one?

Its confusing ciaran. A family member had 2 kids via caesarian and was told any more would be dangerous. went on to have another one anyway but was warned.
VB having 4 seems to go against that

We have a kid who is disabled, caesarian was only an option if a threat to mum was high. The op itself is actually more dangerous for the baby than people think.

Mostly caesarians are seen as 'easier' by the nhs i understand, as things can be arranged and so clog up the system less
for celebs its more about knowing, vanity (as in a quick tuck to help with the flab), lack of pain and it doesnt fook up your doodaaa
