Champagne Fever for me because he's the type who will excel at Chrltenham irrespective of what he does all year. His best trip is up for discussion so there's an extra layer of interest and he is an outstanding prospect.
To be quite honest, it's the last winner I backed which, to be frank, was one Taaresh way back in mid-October (this year!). Had a few e/w's since then, but nothing to write home about. Seriously, do love Cue Card when he's in top form and in full flow. Always makes them all go. If my memory serves me correct, wasn't it Cue Card who got about as close to Sprinter Sacre as any other? http://www.racingpost.com/horses/re...lts_top_tabs=re_&results_bottom_tabs=ANALYSIS Note Flemenstar, 19-lengths behind Cue Card, and over 23-lengths behind Sprinter Sacre.
Faugheen Really impressed with his novice season and should take high rank among the established hurdlers this year. Blaklion Yet to be beaten under rules so who knows how good this one is? Think he could be out of the top draw just like his stablemate The New One.
