I read the Twitter thing this morning. Don't know what's going on there but he should have no complaints as he's not performing on the pitch.

He's a young kid, going through poor form.

    No issues.

The only issue is if he gets cold feet and wants to move on, he needs to work at his game and be patient.

If he wants to move on for regular game time, then fair play to him.

He is a natural winger - that role is quite niche in the modern game so he needs to adapt to be able to cut inside, drift centrally etc. Problem is, he is struggling with atm and needs a lot of work.

Someone mentioned that perhaps he should be converted to RB. Physically suited to that role, and it means he can stay out wide and provide that width.

Certainly not the cheeriest bloke at the club by the looks of him. He seems to have learned little in the last 18 months, his form has dropped off a cliff and he certainly doesn't give the impression he's willing to work too hard to change that. JK has given him chances so knows he's a talented lad but if he's dropped down the pecking order it is for a reason.

I find it hard to believe a young lad like Ibe wouldn't relish the opportunity to work under a manager like Klopp but if that is the case then it's his loss. Frustrating but he'll hardly be a big miss for us. His squad place can go to someone with the desire to improve himself and the club.

Personally I hope he bucks his ideas up and is willing to work on the basics of his game but if not JK will ship him out pronto.

He's throwing a strop for not getting game time. Simple as that.

Knuckle down or go and play at a suitable level, Everton springs to mind.

He came on the scene and did very well. Comparison's with Sterling's ability etc. etc. The fact is he's not that good. Could be, but his attitude looks like it'll stop him.

Needs to put in the work.

Strange one as about 12 months ago he's desire and work rate off the field was highlighted a few times. Going the extra mile, staying late, training on days off etc.

Hope it hasn't all gone to his head, Ojo will soon overtake him if it has

Disappointing how things are going with him. Thought that he was the next big thing after Lil Rim Job left and was showing all the signs of that being the case ... maybe we got over-expectant and he was only stand-out in amongst **** prior to Klopp starting to get everybody's levels up, now that the overall performances of the squad have upped perhaps he's been exposed as to where he's at ... could be other things too

When was the last time he played for the firsts ??

Klopp was talking up Ibe, Origi and Firminio but Ibe just seems to have vanished. If this is how we are going to deal with things then I am all for this. it is about time we started to keep things behind closed doors nice and refreshing

Its odd. Obviously not as early a bloomer as Raheem but he looked like he had the potential to be the better of our two young up-and-comers.

Raheem buggered off and Ibe remained but has spluttered. Not really a great season for him.

I hope Ibe stays and lives up to potential. I really like him. He seems very grounded and has a decent personality for a footballer. Hes the type of person you hope will do well. Its refreshing when a good-guy makes it. So many arsesplits in football.

    totally right.

We are into i feel the last leg of the season here and for some their future is clear. for some they are still hoping and for some theres football to be played and are happy.

klopp will have decided what he's doing and certainly this lad is a bit sad so i think we all know really what that means.

(for me he's got some value as club trained player)

but how and ever on we go. big preseason for him or perhaps he won't even get that.

reckon he will be gone in the summer if he does not buck up. Klopp does not strike me as a manager who will let players hang around sulking, he seems to be more "my way or the highway"

Think everyone has covered it really. He needs to work harder, he needs to commit defenders more often and take them on, he needs to learn how to cross and cut inside and he needs to work back more and win the ball back. Cause those all of those things are what Klopp wants in his players

'If the glove don't fit, then you have to acquit'. Nothing to do with this thread, but as everything has been covered I just wanted to say something different.
