His hands were tied, such was the level of resentment from the rest of the Spurs lads. He stood up for you, tried to talk us round; it was only when the rest of the lads threatened a revolt that he finally gave in to the pressure and imposed a life-ban on you. Give him some respect, for god's sake! You owe him, Pixie.
I've got nothing against PNP. I thought it was funny that when he banned me from the Spuds board for taking the piss out of you, that he and the other Spurs mods were doing the same thing soon after I remember you leading your one man campaign to try and oust them on the back of that.
I don't deny that, for a brief period in time, there was a massive power-struggle on the Spurs board, with me waging a brave war against the collective might of our noble mods. However, your recollection on timing is wrong, Pixie. I waged the war in order that they get rid of you. I proposed putting myself forward as a candidate for mod on a one-message ticket - to get you banned. The lads swarmed to my cause, the terms of surrender were proffered, and your sorry ass was kicked out the door, never to return, mate. It's been a far better place without you - even you would admit that. I and PNP, as well as all the other Spurs lads (and those non-Spurs fans who haven't been banned, like you, Pixie) go there for the peace and tranquility that it offers. You'd love it on our board, Pixie. But the point is, you are venting your spleen on the wrong man. It was all of the lads who forced PNP's hand. You should do a thread praising him, Pixie, not one that ridicules him. Christ! You'll be ridiculing me, next! And, then, I really would have to call the cops.
