Agree with most but not all of that. Not an easy job scouting for the right players that's available at the right price.. End up buying the best sometimes of a bad bunch. I won't slag off LJ, or as being a con artist, but will admit it's become apparent, the job required for a club like ours in the championship needs to have had experience at least at this level. What I don't want is 1. To replace LJ with JP, as in my opinion things won't change and 2. Bring in ANOTHER manager (cheap option) without experience at this level as a minimum.
