How did you work that one out? You're write-downs on outgoing players were bigger than our spending ahead of this season and even ignoring this completely, i think you still spent more.

No, we didn't spend more. We probably spent about 4m in total. James, De Laet, Vardy and Whitbread all at 1m. Granted nobody knows how much we bought Knocks for. You spent over half that one one player who now can't even get into your first team. You bought 8 other players in this summer.
Whitbread was free Vardy, James, De Laet and Knockaert are the only ones we paid a transfer fee for. All for around 1M We also had to pay Portsmouth compensation for Marko Futacs We re-couped around 4M from the sales of Mills, Bamba and Peltier For Knockaert's price I havent got a clue. I have seen 2.5M being quoted and 1M. I would imagine it would be around 1M but dont know for sure
