I self referred for physio last week,nurse told me to as "These people know what they're doing and if theres anything abnormal going on with your hip/pelvic region they'll refer you".It's a ****ing app and a ****ing robot grills you for half an hour.Finally I was accepted for physio via an app called 'phio'?
Anyway all is good and as I was accepted I get an email every day to open the app as my exercises are ready to view
